Quick Pickled Radishes
This dish is when you don't have days to pickle, but only minutes. Also, I never know what to do with my leftover radishes. There are just so many salads you can put them in.

- 15 radishes cut in quarters
- 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon black sesame seeds
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and put in the fridge for 20 minutes. Mix well before serving This dish does not do well overnight in the fridge, the radishes turn pink and a little soggy.
