Quick Pickled Radishes
This dish is when you don't have days to pickle, but only minutes. Also, I never know what to do with my leftover radishes. There are just so many salads you can put them in.

  • 15 radishes cut in quarters
  • 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black sesame seeds
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and put in the fridge for 20 minutes. Mix well before serving This dish does not do well overnight in the fridge, the radishes turn pink and a little soggy.
