– 1/2 teaspoon lemon zestβ£
– 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil β£
– 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated β£
– Slice of bread β£
– 3 cherry tomatoes, sliced β£

Place the avocado, pesto, lemon zest, extra-virgin olive oil, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Smooch with a fork until smooth and well combined. β£To get an even more creamy texture, you can blend the mixer in a food processor.
