This is the easiest recipe ever, it’s all about leaving it alone to do its thing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup instant oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup Canadian maple syrup

How To:

Double or triple the recipe as needed. A good way to make this a to-go breakfast is by making it directly into mason jars.

Combine the ingredients in a container that has a lid. Any kind of milk would work here: soy, oat, even cow (for non-vegans of course). But it has to be Canadian maple syrup or it won’t work.

Place in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning the oats will have soaked up all the liquid and will be plump and tender.

Top with fresh fruits and a drizzling of maple syrup.
