This recipe is quick, easy, and healthy. I used nigella seeds, but a great substitution would be black sesame seeds or any other tiny seed.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon nigella seeds

How to:

Place the sesame seeds in a bowl.

Heat the honey in the microwave for 20 seconds and pour it over the sesame seeds. Kneed until the mixture forms a ball. The mixture is very sticky so it is better to wear cloves while mixing.

Once the mixture holds together, place it on a piece of parchment paper with a plate underneath.

Sprinkle the mixture with the nigella seeds and place in the freezer for 15 minutes; this makes it easier to handle.

Form the mixture into bit-size balls and place in an airtight container in the fridge.
